How do we do it?

We then upgrade the structures to provide the amenities that today’s buyers’ demand and then we convert the buildings from rentals to condominiums. As each individual unit becomes available for sale, we update all the unit interiors: kitchens, baths, floors, appliances, etc… and because we purchase “in bulk” we are then able to pass-on the bulk savings on to you. We aim to provide the best values in each market location and we urge all of our prospective homeowners to comparison shop and determine if we pass the test.
